The application procedure for joining the INSME is as follows:
- Please check if your country is a OECD Member then download and fill in the appropriate application form:

This form is to join INSME as a Standard Full Member (cash payment for annual fee), an Operative Associate (annual fee paid fully or partially inkind) or Honorary Member (for International InterGovernmental Organisations only):

Address: Via della Scrofa, 117 - 00186 Rome, Italy - The INSME Association Secretariat will check that your application form is duly filled in and will submit the application to the INSME Board for approval.
- Once the INSME Board has approved your application, you will receive a formal communication from the Secretary General including the details for the bank transfer in order to pay the annual membership fee (if payment is foreseen). According to the INSME Association Statute, the membership starts only after the payment of the annual fee.
